At the age of 17, Josephine started her journey in the Motor Vehicle service industry educating herself on all the laws and regulations making her one of the leading vendors in New York State.

In 2009, she founded DMV Service Centers & JSA Tags providing Motor Vehicle services to clients and auto dealerships nationwide. Today, with over 25 years of experience, her company processes thousands of transactions a year assisting in everything from license plates to avoiding process rejections. This saves her clients countless hours so they can get back on the road or water!
